Impossible to get any thing useful either from your website or by phone. Ridiculously long waiting time and a website that seems designed to be circular and keep taking you back into the same pointless loop of noninformation. Totally useless. Highly frustrating. Shambolic

Agree. I suggest sending any questions etc. to their complaints email, 'complaintreviewservice@o2.com'. Add that you are complaining about the poor methods available for communicating easily with customer service.
