I’m in the Caribbean at the moment and wish to purchase the Bolt-on which covers phone, text and data non EU countries for the advertised price of £6 per day when being used. I added to my basket but it warns me I will lose the original Bolt-on if I continue as it’s not compatible?? Does anyone understand what this means? I have the bolt-on which covers me for EU countries.

It's a pointless legacy message now as all accounts get free EU roaming.
Just ignore it and add your Travel bolt on.

It's a legacy message and refers to EU roaming
Safe to ignore

You need the O2 Travel bolt on which is usually applied to all accounts by default
This should show in My O2
O2 Travel Inclusive would give you free usage but is only applicable with certain tariffs and with Volt benefits (Virginmedia and O2 contracts at the same address)

It wont replace any EU boltons, but if you are a Volt customer or have some plus plans it will be included and called o2 Travel Inclusive.
