4 days ago , got 2 sims from 02 , all I wanted to do was import my number from ee,
as it says on website simple to do , number change over with in 24 hours 4 days later still no transfer, been on the phone to 02 in total 3 hours .
had promises of call back , never happened.
the customer advisor at 02 tried to put in in manually, still no joy.
he said it probably expired , and to call ee which I did , they said the pac code was there waiting to be claimed by new supplier.
ive only 7 days in for purchasing the 2 sims ,
so luckily can cancel both new accounts.
this has been the worst experience of customer service I have ever received.
but read the reviews about 02 and seems they have a problem transferring numbers over.
my wife is disabled and suffers mental heath problems, and relies on the phone for appointments with the doctors, again got no sympathy from 02
im severely dissatisfied
