Contract Issues

hey I am an international student and unfortunately my visa is expiring soon and I may have to go home if I cant get an extension. Is there a way of getting my contract terminated because I would have to leave the country as per the immigration laws soon? An urgent reply will be appreciated.

I will call them today, but it's something that's been making me really unhappy. I dont at all plan to skip the contract, as morally I would find it abhorring (however funny that may sound) but at the same time paying 600 pounds right now for nothing doesn't seem reasonable either.

No I completely agree.

Even with the current climate I believe people should pay their dues.

Have you explained to the visa people about it?

No point, I would have to leave in any case, I may get a renewal and come back to work later this year but all that's tentative and I cant let this issue hang till then. I really dont mind returning the phone and paying a penalty, but 600 pounds seems too much.

you do not return the phone to o2 you can sell it as stated in earlier posts that will off set the cost of the termination fee of months left X monthly fee.
