How long are you supposed to wait for a person online to speak to you. I have been online now for some time and no one as yet has answered, or in fact nothing is happening at all.  Any ideas?

Early morning is the best time to call between 8 and 8.30am, otherwise you may have long waiting times.

If you are using live chat it seems to be unavailable all too regularly. I would always call....
