Constant Pop Up on Forum

Is anyone else getting constant pop ups on the forum, such as this 

No matter which browser or OS i use they pop up every few minutes... 

How can I kill the damn things...

One for @Dave-O2 - probably one that was not in your handover from the previous manager - and look, is if on cue, up pops the damned thing as I type:

I have answered it on both phone and laptop, yet still it comes back, and if you try to answer it again, you get this infuriating response:

It's a right royal pain in the futtocks, so *anything* you can do to get the thing switched off would be great!

A couple of years ago when these pop ups got so bad, @Martin-O2 just turned them off.

Now I'm not sure whether it's as easy as that nowadays but thought it was time to let you know as they really, really get on our nerves!!

Interestingly I was getting the feedback pop up on my phone over the weekend (we were away seeing friends, so not on the laptop).

Hello everyone,

The latest I have available to share on this is that the developers are still working on the case and if it's not something that can be fixed before then, we're told the fix will be implemented alongside the next major update - for which we currently have no ETA.

Currently, the pop-up isn't something we can turn off at this time either.

Sorry, I know that this is not the update we were all hoping for 😣 Fingers crossed for some good news on this in the near future
