Complaint about O2

I'd like O2 to get in contact with me and inform me of the where abouts of my new phone.
Ive paid for next working day delivery before 10.30am as my family and I were traveling on holiday on that day. We delayed our travel plans to await the arrival of the handset and it never arrived. I've had no communication from O2 to inform me of what is happening and the location of the handset. This is the 3rd time I've raised it with them. Appalling service.

It's more than likely out of stock. Shame O2 don't think it's couteous to inform customers that they don't have a live tock system and that items will always show as in stock when quite obviously they aren't.
