Hey everyone,
This topic is a place where we will keep the community updated about the status of any issues or bugs affecting the community platform that we are aware of and have reported. We will keep an up to date tracker of what the issue is, when it was first reported, the current status and the latest update. This will enable you to easily check if something you've noticed has already been flagged.
How do I report a new issue or bug I've encountered on the community?
We would like you to use this topic to report any new bugs or issues that you come across so we can add them to the tracker. To do this simply report the issue in the comments and tag in the community team so we can update the top post with any new issues. Please include as much detail as possible when reporting a new issue and where possible include the following:
The above information will help us and the support team properly identify the issue and get working on a fix.
How do I check the status of an issue that has been reported?
At the bottom of this post you will see a list of all the active and recently resolved issues. The current status of the issue, along with the most recent update with be shown there. If you have a new question or more information about an open issue please post it in the comments of this topic.
You can also use this topic to make requests or suggestions for new features or changes to how the community platform works! Please bear in mind that making changes can often take time and some requests won't be possible for various reasons but that said we would really appreciate your insights on how to improve the community interface and will aim to implement changes where possible. We will track any suggestions below the issues.

Seems to be fixed for me @Martin-O2. Notifications back to normal.
I have to ask, are we stuck with this refreshing the page every time we post? If you remember not refreshing page...
* Leaves you on the wrong number post ie...if the post is number 26, it shows 26 out of 25. After refreshing page it will then show 26 out of 26.
* Still seen in unread posts.

Seems to be fixed for me when I logged on this morning [Sat]
Must say it makes a nice and welcome change to have a bug fixed quickly - especially one raised with the platform provider on a Friday.

Thanks for confirming everyone. We were able to roll back the community version which contained the bug so we won't have to experience it whilst a fix is put in place.
@Cleoriff Unfortunately we are still waiting on a fix for the unread posts issues. I don't currently have an estimate on when this will be sorted but I'll update the community as soon as I do.

I'm having some weird problems using my Windows 10 PC running Firefox.
When I open a text box to make a post, this is what I'm presented with:
Once I start typing, the icons slowly appear and then when I'm finished, if the post reply box is showing blue, I can post.
However on the Word Association thread, where you post one word, quite often the post reply box remains greyed out and I can't post until all icons are complete and the posting box is normal. Then the post reply box turns blue. I first noticed this last Monday.
It caused me to be very slow on the Word Hunt Diamond on Tuesday.
Things I've done:
Cleared cache and cookies and my husband ran a disc clean and defrag last night. Made absolutely no difference.
I will mention this in passing, we swapped our broadband from BT to Sky on Thursday. I'm confident that had nothing to do with anything as the fault/ lagging started 3 days before that.
No problems at all on my mobile, running Chrome.
I'm not sure if anyone else is experiencing this on PC?

I see a momentary corruption, only in FireFox, after I hit the Reply button and just before the screen settles down - but I have to be quick to catch it - see missing Bold, Italic, etc, icons along top of the screenshot:
Check your FireFox browser is up to date by clicking on the 3 lines top-right of the browser window:
Then down to "Help", then across to "About Firefox":
You should see if Firefox is current on the info banner that pops up:
If that is all good, you might be needing some Windows updates applied, this time down bottom left on the Desktop where the "Windows" logo is - type in "check for updates" as at (I) below, then click on it at (II) :
And then:
And if any are Pending/Available, hit the button to apply them, wait until all installed ok and then restart the laptop.
It could also be that you have many tabs open in your FireFox, and one of them (or the total of them) is slowing down your Firefox browser.
