Hey everyone,
This topic is a place where we will keep the community updated about the status of any issues or bugs affecting the community platform that we are aware of and have reported. We will keep an up to date tracker of what the issue is, when it was first reported, the current status and the latest update. This will enable you to easily check if something you've noticed has already been flagged.
How do I report a new issue or bug I've encountered on the community?
We would like you to use this topic to report any new bugs or issues that you come across so we can add them to the tracker. To do this simply report the issue in the comments and tag in the community team so we can update the top post with any new issues. Please include as much detail as possible when reporting a new issue and where possible include the following:
The above information will help us and the support team properly identify the issue and get working on a fix.
How do I check the status of an issue that has been reported?
At the bottom of this post you will see a list of all the active and recently resolved issues. The current status of the issue, along with the most recent update with be shown there. If you have a new question or more information about an open issue please post it in the comments of this topic.
You can also use this topic to make requests or suggestions for new features or changes to how the community platform works! Please bear in mind that making changes can often take time and some requests won't be possible for various reasons but that said we would really appreciate your insights on how to improve the community interface and will aim to implement changes where possible. We will track any suggestions below the issues.

Thanks for all that @pgn.
I have followed all instructions to the letter and FF is the latest version.
Windows updates are up to date.
As for open tabs, currently I have 3 open and it happened when I started this post. Prior to this glitch starting, I could have 10-15 open and never had this issue before.

Well, the next suggested move would be an uninstall of FF and a clean reinstall... But that means saving bookmarks etc first...

With due respect @pgn you are just like my other half!
Him with his "Update to Windows 11" and you telling me to "uninstall Firefox and reinstall"
Back to basics here...the O2 Community is the only site I experience any lagging at all. Amazon, Asda, Sainsburys, Facebook, Motorsport, Argos, Ebay, HSBC, Nationwide, etc etc etc....I use them all on Firefox.
I have no problems with any of them.
So maybe, just maybe, it's the community platform which is at fault? #justsaying 😉

T'would not surprise me, @Cleoriff - although why it is singling you out is anybody's guess, going by my experience and that of @blissgirl above. So over to @Martin-O2 it goes, for escalation with the platform provider, Khoros 👍

I think with @blissgirl, she had a Windows 10 laptop and recently bought a Windows 11 version
However she would need to confirm that, as I could be going senile 😂🤣
Also, I'm not sure which version of Windows @blissgirl was running when she had this issue.
Ray checked My PC last night after I'd gone to bed. Logged on to all my other bookmarked sites (including this one) and even hit a reply button to see what happened. Of course it lagged when opening the reply box. Not until he started typing did the icons re-appear slowly.He cancelled the text and logged out of O2
He left a note on the PC to say he thought there was suddenly some compatibility issues between FF and Khoros.
He offered a couple of options.
Use Chrome (No thanks)
Update to Win 11 (although no guarantee this would work as Firefox is the common denominator)
I'll try Chrome later but as I don't like it, I can't see me using it long term 🙄

Now using Chrome. A millisecond of icons missing (when I hit the reply box) but then filled in immediately. The size of the page and font is too small and unlike FF I can't see any icons along the top of the page to Zoom in or out? Pfffttt.
So No I won't be making this my default browser thanks 😂

Win10 here too - saved by a particularly beefy processor, a large wad of memory and nippy graphics/display processor with current drivers from NVidia.
I see the pause in FF, very briefly just after hitting the reply button, as FF builds the edit-message window.
I don't have the tools any more to analyse where the delay is being introduced as Khoros tells the browser what to display... And yes, Chrome is fine, what I am using atm. Back off to the phone now lol!

Ctrl- + (plus) and Ctrl- - (minus) will increase and decrease the screen size for you on most browsers, @Cleoriff
