Well done to O2 for creating panic amongst your customers.

Judging by the post on here Chat and Customer Services must have been inundated.

Who's bright idea was it to let these criptic messages to go out without explanation? ☹️

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

The initial work from us, then Dave, also adding an explanation of how to send a PM to @Dave-O2 

All topped off by having  to go round every thread with the explanation!!

(Not that I got many of those solutions, as I was nowhere near FFF) 🙄

I see they were still coming in up 21.00 last night. Fingers crossed that's it now. 

I wonder how O2 chose the clients to send the message to? 

I mean, I have a Samsung (always have) and I wasn't one of the 'lucky' ones 😂
