Hi folks - I’ve been charged £6.64 since my contract for my Apple Watch expired in June 2021. I have no idea why this has escaped me until now. I broke my Apple Watch and it was uneconomical to repair — over two years ago! I cancelled the contract when it was up, so I have not idea why it has still been taken out. Is there anything I can do about this? I plan on calling o2 customer service tomorrow. I thought the extra charge was one of my bolt ons, not the watch, which i definitely cancelled and have not been using since I paid off the device and cancelled it when taking out my last contract.
