Still No refund- cancelled account on 15Feb 2022 and O2 was still charging me until 27th Sept 2024

I tried several times to get my money refunded by calling customer service to get my money refunded. I have spent several times over the last three years. until 27th Sept 2024 - I was charged £14.50 pcm
I tried the payment management team and they just go quiet after the security screening. I have been promised call backs several times but nothing

Sorry to hear your distress
I assume you must have got your contract ended 27th September 2024.
Three years is an enormous amount of time :
The only other way would be to make an official complaint and go from there.
This takes about 8 weeks but after 3 years may not seem long.

Once the official complaint is exhausted with O2 you can ask the Ombudsman to take on the case
