O2 must be the worst interface website I have ever used..... I tried to update my account email address, nowhere does it give that option, I 'spoke' to an online assistant - explained what I needed to do and was told that it was all changed.
Logged in next day and nothing has been changed.....
There isnt even an email address to contact anyone - the phone assistance isnt a help either (nothing for account issues - AND they charge!!)
Think I will move my phone to a company that thinks of these things....

the email address login username is only for my-o2 and login for here but not used in public.
If you want to change forum username you need to cobtact @Toby

thanks Adam, I can see that now, paranoia levels reduced and panic over haha
