Cancel Account

Not applicable

Hello,

I've tried to call your service centre to cancel my account, but (of course) i was on hold for 30 minutes before I gave up.

Very conveniently you have nothing on your website about how to cancel my account... or it's very difficult to find. So I'm now trying this avenue. I'll be surprised if it works.

Please cancel my account effective immediately. I would appreciate a response asap with some helpful information.

Thank you.

Hi AKM and welcome to the forums.

This is a customer only forum so you can not request account related changes here.

Canceling your account is done by giving a 30 day notice period over the phone as you had previously attempted (a free call from your o2 phone *202).

They appear to have been very busy recently so it is just a case of being pateient until an advisor is available.
