I am getting this error when using Outlook.

I have contacted my ISP and they are not blocking mail ports, any thoughts?

Task 'Synchronizing subscribed folders for (edited).' reported error (0x800CCC0E) : 'Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for (edited). Error: Cannot connect to the server.

I have seen that error code before what anti virus is installed?
Can you still access webmail?
what type of o2 email account is this a broadband master broadband secondary of free for all email ?
