I have been trying to get hold of o2 customer service for a week now. I am going to be cut off even though I have changed my billing date and this was confirmed. I can’t have this happen as I am isolated and need my mobile for emergencies. I’m really worried about it and I feel as though I’ve tried every way to get in contact. Calls to numerous numbers, emailing complaints, Facebook messenger. My o2 convo. I really don’t know what to do !! Any ideas ?
