I have ordered a SIM card over the telephone and mentioned to the advisor that I need to change the delivery address from my billing address as a one-off (due to the current situation). The salesman said this will not be a problem, I could do this with Customer Service and he transferred me through. However, they are not taking calls other than fraud, so I was cut off. I can't find the answer on the FAQs or the Contact Us page. Does anybody know how I can contact O2 to change the delivery address? Thank you
