Can I upgrade my data amount?

Anonymous
Not applicable
My daughter has an iPhone 6 and she's had it for a year now but she got 1 gig of data which she uses very quickly, I don't want to upgrade her phone and pay off her contract but I was wondering if I could upgrade her contract? As in pay a few extra pounds a month for more data, is this possible? She buys a bit extra data most months but if I could, it would make more sense to Pay a few pounds a month for more data included instead of paying £6 for 500 meg. Thankyou

If your daughter is on refresh currently and has had her phone for a year then she can upgrade. Have a look at this help thread about Refresh

http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Discussions-Feedback/A-Guide-To-O2-Refresh/m-p/877701/highlight/true#M6...

Just have a look at the O2 shop details about upgrading

You can usually add a permanent bolt on (cheaper) or change the tariff to one with more allowances.
You can do this yourself in your MyO2 under the "Change my tariff" section http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
