Hi

We have a 'call out phone' that we use out of hours

This phone is diverted to different mobiles depending who is on call (saves carrying two phones)

The problem we have is that when some of us go to bed we turn our phones onto silent and only those phones that are registered on iphones as emergency bypass can ring

although we've set the call out number to divert the call - on the phone its diverted to it rings with the callers number NOT the call out number therefore the phone rings silent

Any idea's how to make this work?

The only way around this is to not put phone on silent.

The call will always be displayed from the original caller unless you divert through a call handling service which then relays it to your phone.
