For the 2nd month running I have bought the ultimate surfer package at £13 but my confirmation email says £15. I am unable to have a 'live' chat as all the advisors arebusy. Anyone had this problem?

Hi there @Anonymous
The price has gone up recently, from £13 to £15, but that's just for new customers. The existing customers are suppose to keep paying £13.00.
How long have you been on that package?

Call customer service. From what I understand it has gone up to £15 but according to a staff member on here existing customers continue to pay £13.
