Hi guys. My aunt just phoned me in a panic. She called me on Wednesday for a few minutes,  and got an email from BT to say she has used all her allowance. I checked my phone and the call lasted 4 mins 33 secs. I went up to check her phone and it said the call lasted 495 mins! How can that possibly be , even if she didn't hang up properly, I disconnected at my end. ? I made sure her data was always off too. X TIA

My mother did it once and now she turns the phone off after every call she makes, just to be sure it's ended!

No wonder. It's a shame 😔 x

Much to your annoyance if I remember correctly...as she often forgets to turn it back on and you can't get hold of her wink

To be fair, whilst reading that I was only thinking about the stellar battery life he got from that phone...

I bought a very basic mobile for my mother years ago. No Internet but she was frightened of turning it on. Every time I called it went to voicemail. Always ended up calling her landline. Never had to top it up once....
