I was drunk and put in the wrong sim pin and PUK too many times, went into o2 shop they could not unblock me as I was on the old 360 system.

I cannot receive PUK code by text as the sim is blocked and data is blocked. I can only receive iMessage's with wi-fi.  Customer Service could not fix this issue either as my phone would not receive text messages as sim blocked and data blocked.

Tried to send PUK to other number but couldn't get it to work.

I was sent temporary sim card to receive the puk but the number will not show and calls, text, data still blocked with the new sim in.

Please help if anyone knows how to fix this or has had the same issue.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. if you send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or you can call 0344 809 0202 from any other phone and they can activate the sim card for you.

With the number of attempts with the incorrect PUK it means you need a new sim card

Why can customer service not just send you a new sim card with your original number on it?

This has always been the normal way of doing things
