Blackberry Torch £300 Deposit ####

Hello guys ..o2 are really getting on my #### nerves. Right, Im 18 years old and NEED a contract phone. I have been with o2 3-4 months on a simplicity and have missed 1 payment (o2 confirmed it was a mistake on thier side)
I just tryed to upgrade my line to a 18month blackberry deal and its asking for a £300 deposit witch I get back in 3 months ####...I DONT WANT TO PAY THIS ..(have over £3000 in my account)
I have 2 cleared direct debit payments on my account HOWEVER I have a 3rd that I have paid before it was due.
SO THATS 3 CLEARED PAYMENTS RIGHT??
This is really getting on my nerves ..what should I do ..

Don't worry, I haven't heard of anyone getting one for Christmas. Let's see what happens next time they send them out! Although maybe they are a bit skint like everyone else!

Well I wasn't going to mention it buy O2 are removing the £10.00 Simplicity 12 month tariff so they must be...

Hi guyss, im still waiting for it to arrive Its been out for delivery since 10am.
The reseaon behind the rant was because when i dont the order online it was asking for a STUPID deposit (nearly the cost of the phone) then I call up and speak to a nice lady and i get the Blackberry torch 18 month contract with no deposit atall
