Billing Balance Email?

Anonymous
Not applicable

I've moaned previously about not being able to see what payment i owe without having to search high & low... For some reason i've had a helpful email stating

This month, there's no balance to pay on your Airtime Plan, you only have to make your Device Plan payment of £00.00. This'll be taken from your account on, or just after the date on your payment schedule.

Can anyone tell me what has changed to make this happen? I've never had it before. I haven't changed any email settings etc. Is this a new thing from O2?

Its a legal requirement to send you billing information , even if your balances are 0.

Its like your Credit Card, when you don't have any balance or nothing to pay, they still send you a statement.
