Hi all!

Can someone help me out in figuring out how to move on from credit check. It's my fourth time reaching out to cs and they always say the same thing. Wait for 24hrs, they send a notice to credit check referral to lift my order being there.

I ordered it from last Saturday evening, received the confirmation email, the T&Cs and CCA.

Now, I just spoke with another agent telling me it's "just stuck" but eventually move on after her "notice" being sent to them. And yes, another 24hours.

Is there anyway to contact credit check team? I'm seeing a lot of threads with the same issue, even read 6 years after, and it's affecting his credit score.

I'm getting frustrated since no one is giving me a straight answer on what's really happening.

@Daledogg

You can email them at creditfilereferrals@telefonica.com

but it can take uptp 10 working days for a response.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
