Bad internet connection

For the past 6 months I’ve had really bad internet connection unless I’m on Wi-Fi. I’ve spoken to 02 3 times over the 6 months to get told the same every time. There’s a mast down it your area. The funny thing is I work in a 200 mile radius and it’s poor service everywhere. I just wonder what I’m paying for as they ain’t holding up there end of the deal and after 20 years of being with them think it’s time to move on.

Seems strange.

Is it the same if you put your SIM in another phone? If so itmaybe worthwhile going into an O2 shop with photo ID and getting it swapped.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
