Arranging the same tarif I'm on for my wife.

Anonymous
Not applicable

I resent being pushed into using Live Chat and waiting arround for far to long to get an answer and it appears that O2 do their best to block their customers from contacting them by Email so I wonder if anyone can tell me who I need to contact and how I do so to arrange the same tarif I have for my wife.  I pay something like £8.00 a month.

Calling 202 is your best option, preferably early morning. Maybe you can change via My O2 if she is already with O2.

Pop into any o2 shop too.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Count yourself fortunate that you never got to speak to Live Chat. Follow the advice the others have given and you'll eventually find what you're looking for.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
