I couldn’t understand the bot question and answers. As it was trying to reset to factory settings which would’ve deleted my fitness data!
I had to go to WORTHING 02 shop today 11/5 around 2pm where I previously had bought my watch and phone 2.5 years ago. The young advisor with tattoos was able to see online there have been a number of similar issues unresolved. He went the extra mile and reprogrammed the issue on my Apple Watch/iphone. I could not have resolved myself. Thank you 🙏 o2 Worthing. I’ll be back for an upgrade soon.
