Since the middle of October we have had problem with o2 to clear the balance ** numerous agent on 202 had told us this would be sorted. The pho was returned and has been confirmed as returned but my bill still shows an outstanding payment. We do have a complaint in since middle of October but no person has been in contact with us.

The Payment Management Team number is 0800 902 0217, but if you've lodged a formal complaint no one will be able to address your issue until the complaint is resolved.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Did you complain via Resolver ? They have a reputation for facilitating satisfactory outcomes :-
