^ As subject title above. (info here: O2 System Updates – 360 )
I wondered if the O2 staffers on here (or longterm users perhaps) could advise what rough percentage of users are on the 360 system as of Sep 2023 – given it's now been around since Jan 2023?
Am I in a minority or a majority of users still on the legacy system?
The reason I ask, is because of the thread below I started, where 360 system users seemingly are able to eSIM swap between old and new iPhones via the My O2 app or O2 website. But being stuck on the legacy system means I'm not, and have to instead resort to still getting a physical eSim pack to do a QR code swap.
TIA!

Just a quick update after speaking to the relevant people. The team is still working through the schedule of getting customers migrated over to the 360 system. Even though specific numbers/dates are not available, I can confirm we are over 50% completed and hopeful this will be near 100% by early 2024.

Thanks for clarifying the current situation.
...though looks like I'm still in the legacy system, so will have to do a physical eSim pack swap on release of the iPhone 15 later this month. Oh well. 😐
