Hi I had a text about and order I made but I did not make any orders…

does anyone know anything about this and what it means ?

I called o2 but I could not understand what he was saying!

It's just an automated system message that gets sent out when customers are moved to the new billing system. 

Nothing to worry about.

It is a random text message sent out by the system, when you are moved to the new billing system...

 

Normally nothing to worry about, and you can login to myo2 to make sure no orders are on the account

I'm just had this message too then I checked my account it said this:

ORDER TYPE:VasChange

Is this the same thing? I even got an email about it too but I haven't requested anything
