I was recently charged £30 from safari mobile which I didn't download nor did i agree too. When I asked O2 they said it was an app for an iphone, I have a samsung. Apparently I subscribed to this and will be charged £30 every month. I have tried looking this up on the internet but can;t find any information all i have is a number 08444457707 but can't get through can anyone give me any info on what to do please....

http://www.phonepayplus.org.uk are the people to contact. They are the regulators for these subscription services. Put the short code number into the site to find the contact number and how to make a complaint.
