Are there any conditions when returning a phone/tariff purchased from an o2 store for a full refund? Cheers.

If you bought instore you return instore. You have to return via the route you received.

I presume it will be from the store you purchased it.....as it will need to be scanned into that particular system ie

O2 store purchases

If you purchased a phone or tablet in an O2 store, return it there within 14 days of purchase and let the advisor know you wish to cancel.

None that I am aware of. Everyone gets a 14 day cooling off period

28 days if the device is faulty @Anonymous

@Anonymous I would think it would also depend on the state of the phone itself. If it's been physically damaged in any way I would doubt that you'd get a full refund. You'd also be responsible for any charges on the tariff during the time you had the phone.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Thanks for your replies, one more question, so do returns need to go back to the original o2 store of purchase or any o2 store? Cheers.

The same one as some stores are owned by o2 and others are franchise's.
