Anyone have any idea about the new smart watches series 10 and ultra two? I brought six for family and friends and none of us can text or receive text unless our phones with us as soon as we go outside away from our phones we cannot get a text at all all we get is a green line going across And nothing happens until you come back to your phone and then it says it’s failed. Contacted O2 15 times they’re saying it’s Apple Apple have made it 100% certain that is O2 fault. They’re saying it’s not and I’m just totally stuck on going back-and-forth and not one of these watches and brought from different places will send or receive text unless you’re with your phone.

If you have the LTE option, then you need to setup the Apple Data Plan from the Watch App this is £7 per month per phone, and once done it will work, there is one huge caveat, you need to be on Pay Monthly Contracts (paid by Direct Debit) you can not be on PAYG (on any Network in the UK).
Also the Apple thing of passing the buck seems to be new thing, and has been reported across other products and services.
I bought my Apple Watch UItra 2 from Amazon and it took 5 minutes to setup
Have a look at his guide as well Activate Apple Watch Guide
