is it me or is the 02 live chat never on line. always busy, so what try calling them? oh and by the way we are very busy on that medium, i may just upgrade but go to vodaphone, better deal, free phone, same contract length, what a dilema!

All Call centres are typically busy.

Not just 02's.

Allow yourself some time to sit and call them.

Yep, we all feel the same way. Support is appauling to non existant at the moment for account issues. For anything else you have us here
