Hi.
Always dealt in store but due to current restrictions upgraded online Friday and paid the premium delivery for Saturday .uk mail tracking number did not work but received a text from dhl saying it will be delivered Wednesday. It's not a big issue and I understand that things are disrupted at the minute but I don't think it's right they took £7 and didn't provide the service - am I entitled to the premium delivery refund as standard delivery suggested Monday ! And if so where can I contact o2 at present for I seem to be hitting the wall trying to get through...thanks for your help in advance

If they didn't fulfil the delivery you paid for, yes you should get a refund.

Use whatever option you need to so you can get through.
