As the title says, the form fields are broken on registering o2 open.
It says my national insurance number is wrong/wrong format. Makes no sense.
Same when trying to register my work email address. I simply cannot progress the screen when trying to upload my payslip.

You might be best speaking to customer services, as I haven't had to register for o2 open for a long time.
Out of curiosity what format are you using for the NI number and Email address, please don't post real data

I guess I'll have to do that - I'm somewhat newer in my firm so it's a matter of finding the right contact here too to let them know it's not working.
As for data, you have to enter the NI number whole because the field box is character limited. You cannot enter in wrong format wise, only number. I have my payslip in front of me so I know my number isn't wrong...
As for email its XX.YY@XYZ.com

Just to say, I managed to upload the Payslip now as it seems fixed.
But did want to let you know that the work email was still broken. Not sure why but says its invalid.
