i have an o2 bill every month my bill says sim only small business its paid by dd

but when i get in touch with o2

they say my phone account is with some one else but i cannot get to the bottom of who my contract is with i am desperate to change this how do i find out who holds my account?

Check your emails or contract paperwork provided when you started the contract.

Most likely suppliers are Aerial Direct or plan.com.

I'm surprised O2 can't tell you though. Have you called 8002 and spoken to business customer services?
