Hi have been calling every day for over a week to talk to someone and am put on hold and then when i get through to someone i get cut off this is becoming a real problem is there any way someone can help or call me to help with the business account

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this or contact payment management.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
