Resolved! How to remove the line rental charges for lost mobile phones

Hi we reported a lost mobile on 22nd March 2023 and it was barred so no-one was able to use it. But we are still paying line rental each month for this barred mobile. How do we stop getting charged for the rental each month? Please advise.
