It has been years now and I am still waiting for cellular support for Apple Watch. Can we get a timeline on this, please? If not, then I think it's time to start looking at Vodafone Business, who have full Apple Watch support.

The launch of anything like that would be a commercial decision and would not be communicated to anybody till just before going live

It's the most absurd situation - particularly as personal customers have access. Backward that O2 don't support the latest technology.

When Enterprise customers ask for it, then adding watches to a Business contract wont happen, and as some one that manages enterprise devices, we have had 0 requests from C level down to add a watch to our service. and talking to peers across various enterprises the requests are between 0 and 1...
I do hope they bring them to business accounts from SMB's but I cant see it..

I'm not asking for it to be part of the contract, simply for the functionality to work if you choose to purchase a watch. O2 are only carrier not to allow connection, utterly ridiculous for them not to support available technology.

You have to signup for a connection to the watch on o2 (EE and Voda are the same), so you have to add it to the contract, and pay a monthly fee.
If the watch is key to you then move to EE or Vodafone, to avail of it,

No logical reason not to support.

But they do pay more @Philtheprint ?
To have the watch work as a stand-alone device you have to pay £5 per month for the watch data connection, so yes personal customers DO pay more!
And as @madasaf1sh says, both EE and Voda also charge for the watch connection...

I think you are missing the point. O2 simply don't allow access full stop. Fee or not, when Personal Customers do have access. Absolutely no logical reason.
