Hi guys, I upgraded my hand set today. New handset due to tomorrow.
Everything has been fine with current handset till around the evening time where my signal has gone along with data?
Could any help with some insight on why this is please? Also if its to do with the upgrade will my services come back on later tonight/tomorrow morning.

That means they have ordered you a new sim which, which sometimes happens.
Full service will be resumed when you get the new phone and sim.
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

I am keeping the same number though, as on my contract information that was sent via email says Re-signing number and states the last 3 digits.

I guess your contract has been migrated to a 5g sim (your old sim would only be 4g).
They shouldn't be doing this until you receive your new phone but it has happened to others due to a system error.

Thank you for your help.
I regained services this morning thank god!
New phone was delivered at. 3.45pm
O2 should really leave the sims alone till new phone is the hands of customer save all the problems.
But again thank you appreciate the help.
