I have woke up this morning and tried to make numerous of phone calls due to my son having seizures and fits every time I try and phone it is saying call failed I need to know why as my phone can’t be cut off due to serious illness my son has. I rang up o2 on the 8th and got told they had revived payment on my bill so I don’t understand why I am cut off for ?
