I'm really struggling to find someone to talk to about my O2 Business account. I was passed from call centre to call centre, before finally placing an order to update my SIM only lines, request some replacement SIMS, get an upgrade and two new lines and handsets. I only received the two new handsets and SIMS. I've been passed around since then with no one able to help and the last time, after 60 mins on hold and 40 mins being passed around, I was given the number I started with and then hung up on! Now I want to leave O2 but can't even find out how to do that! Help please!
