@Dawn I'm sorry to say that if it's a business contract, there is no cooling off period. The only thing you can do is lodge a formal complaint, but I'm not sure it will do you much good.

Another 'trusted' partner providing business only contracts. Disgraceful! Their ethos is to save businesses money, they should not be cold calling ordinary customers. Not illegal but very questionable practice.
