I was abroad outside the EU for 10 days in early March
I made no calls, received no calls, and sent and received no texts
The phone had mobile data switched off throughout
I have received the £7.50 charge for the Rest of the World Pass for 6 of the days that I was away.
There is no explanation on the bill of what I did on those 6 days that activated a charge
When I've been away in the past and chosen to use the Rest of the World pass I've received a text at the start of any 24 hour period where I used it. I received no texts saying I had used anything. I don't believe that I did use anything
It doesn't seem possible to contact O2 to talk about this or email them about it. Tried calling and the call just gets disconnected when you've been through the auto telephone system rigmarole. There is no email address for support that I have been able to find

All you can do is keep trying to call.
No one here has access to any account I'm afraid.

@Tom_McClelland We are all customers, so we have no way of accessing your account. The best time to try to get through to customer service during this upheaval is 8-8.30 am. That's about all we can offer.

Am I right in thinking that there is no email address for O2 queries? That seems crazy!
No, ceased years ago.
