I have just got my upgrade but I'm unable to sim swap. If I text SWAP to 20220 i get a text back saying it is no longer available. If I login through my business account, there is no option to manage devicesand if I try the normal O2 swap sim, they say they are having issues. I cannot phone as it is not urgent so just cuts me off

Phone these numbers till you get to speak to someone who will transfer you
