Ridiculous Customer Service

I have been an O2 business customer for a few years. Back in April O2 had cut off my bill due to what they had said “late payments” 

 

I spoke to an advisor and provided a transaction number for the up to date payments for those months. The guy on the over end of the phone said everything was up to date and my phone was going to be reconnected within 2 hours. We are now 3 months later and the phone is still not connected. I have lost all my logins as most of my business accounts had two step authentication links to that number and as a result moved to EE. 

After the third time speaking with O2 customer service who again were useless suggested i send further details to an email (can’t even remember the email address) 

 

I want out of my contract! Can anyone from the community help as people working at O2 simply don’t seem to have a clue!
