Hello, I changed my account from consumer to business about 3 weeks ago, I was told that the original business number I had would be migrated last week, however it hasn't and my customers are unable to get hold of me. I have tried calling your number, I understand that you will be short staffed at the moment but I cannot even get to talk to someone 😞 . Please advise. Helen Joyce [Removed].

Hi Helen,
Is your Business sim still working or has it stopped working altogether?
Have you tried turning off both phones/sims as this usually helps with migrations.

Hi Sean, my phone works with the new SIM but still has the temporary number, so anyone calling my work number gets my voice message rather than coming through to me sadly! I will try them again tomorrow, they must be short staffed which is understanable, so will keep trying. Thank you so much for reaching out I appreciate it.
