I have been in hospital and very poorly since I came home on Friday. My bill was due 11-6 -24. I went into hospital on 7-6 - 24. I have been trying for three hours to pay my bill- bower as you have cut me off making any outgoing calls,I can not phone 202 or 0800 902 0217 to pay my bill?
All I want to do is pay my bill and get reconnected??????

This isnt customer services or live chat..
Your only option is to call 0800 902 0217 from another phone, or use Skype ( Guide: A Guide to Skype )

If you set up a Direct Debit you'll avoid this ever happening again.
